Birthdays are a special time to be remembered and celebrated. In Montessori, we honor this occasion with the Celebration of Life—a meaningful way to recognize each child’s journey on their special day.
Children delight in hearing the story of their lives, looking at photos, and reflecting on the memories that show how loved and valued they are. They learn that their presence makes a difference in their family, their class, and the world.
To prepare for the Celebration of Life, we kindly ask parents to provide one photo from each year of their child’s life, along with a brief story or reflection to accompany the pictures.
